These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and pik365 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pik365 website located at pik365.app and all associated services, features, games, promotions, and content.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the pik365 platform, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. pik365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of local payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and GrabPay. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your pik365 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name and that you are legally authorised to use. pik365 reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source and close an account where it suspects that funds originate from unauthorised sources.

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "playthrough requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each offer page.

pik365 games powered by third-party software providers use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are generated independently and cannot be manipulated by pik365 or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

With respect to sports betting, the following additional conditions apply:

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pik365 and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or accessing the platform through another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of errors may be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using pik365 as a vehicle for financial crime of any kind.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or table game formats.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic bonus abuse strategies designed to extract value from promotions without genuine recreational play intent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pik365 platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any pik365 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any pik365 software or application.
• Frame, scrape, or embed pik365 content on any third-party website or application.
• Use the pik365 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.

Nothing in these Terms limits pik365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The pik365 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pik365 endeavours to maintain continuous and uninterrupted service, it makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

pik365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any specific game or promotion rules.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
• Abusive, threatening, or otherwise unacceptable behaviour towards pik365 staff or other users.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from law enforcement or financial authorities.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the pik365 support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification and fraud checks.

pik365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pik365 will update the Effective Date displayed at the top of this page. Where changes are considered significant, pik365 may also notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification, though this does not constitute an obligation.

Your continued use of the pik365 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of the updated Effective Date. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12 above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be subject to the laws and regulations applicable to the operation of pik365 as constituted under its licensing and regulatory framework. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that they access the platform subject to their own local laws and regulations regarding online gaming.

pik365 makes no representation that the platform is available or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of pik365 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds.

Any dispute between you and pik365 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body, as determined by pik365's regulatory framework. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable local law provides such protections.
